Nonprofit

At Mail Pros, we recognize that the Direct Mail process can be very confusing and complicated. This is sometimes especially true when it comes to Nonprofit Organizations as many who work in the organization are volunteers. Volunteers and employees alike want to do all they can to try and save as much money as possible so more dollars will go toward the people or the cause you are supporting.

We go the extra mile for nonprofit organizations and can help you save money by advising you on mail piece design to get the best postage rates available. When pieces are designed improperly, it costs you more money in postage fees. One common problem we encounter, are print files that are not in the correct file format which can delay a time sensitive direct mailing.

We find that mailing lists are an issue for many nonprofits. Many times, lists from nonprofit organizations have a high percentage of address errors due to improper key entry and many are old and outdated. We work with you to clean up your list by sending you back your address errors after our address correction process and we will also send you the NCOA update report so you are able to update your list to the new address of your client or donor.

Nonprofit organizations may still use our mailing permit thereby saving you money on the annual permit fees which keep going up year after year. You will still need to be approved to mail at nonprofit rates if your aren’t already and we provide any help you need to complete the process.

There are several links below that you may find helpful. The 3624 form link is the USPS application for the initial authorization. The 3623 form link can be filled out if you are already approved by the USPS but you would like to use our permit in Santa Ana, CA. The other two links are informational links to the USPS regarding Nonprofits.

We are here to help you through the process and in most cases we can save you more money because of postage savings than using volunteers. We know how to get you the best rates on postage and we offer all non profit organizations a 10% discount on services.
